Eternal Sugar Cookie is one of the five Beast Cookies and she wields the Soul Jam of Sloth.
She was formerly a hero and previously called "Sugar of Happiness." However overtime, a cruel realization struck her: no matter how much happiness she offered for those around her, their miseries will always be stronger, with their sadness being greater than the happiness she was offering. But when she sees some cookies are fragile and pain because of their suffers, she believe that the world is so cruel to other cookies and cannot bring happiness all day. One day, she found some cookies on the verge of crumbling, overwhelmed with sadness, she created the Garden of Delights to make cookies relieve from their suffers and mundane their worries.
She and the four other Beast Cookies were stuck inside The Silver Tree temporarily by Elder Faerie Cookie and the witches. They stayed inside the Silver Tree for too long until Shadow Milk Cookie broke the seal of The Silver Tree so the Beast Cookies could finally escape from the Silver Tree.

When she met Hollyberry for the first time, she didn't harm her even she is her "other half", unlike other beast cookies who harm their "other half" for their soul jam.
She uses her lyre and sings with beautiful melodies for Hollyberry.
She often call Hollyberry "My dearest", "My love", "My beloved", and "My sweetest other half".
She thinks she and Hollyberry are two sugar cubes in a jar.
In Eternal Sugar Cookie ASMR, while brushing her hair she tells the listener that she needs to ensure she looks in perfect form every time she sees Hollyberry.
On her legendary costume Blooming Bringer of Sloth, in an alternate universe where Hollyberry stays in her garden and becomes the Protector of Paradise some of the quotes and dialogues are shown to be all lovey-dovey for Hollyberry.
When Lady in Azure (Shadow Milk Cookie in disguise) is talking about how their "other half" must be defeated and suffer, Eternal Sugar Cookie doesn't want to do that, instead she will be all lovey-dovey for Hollyberry.
When Hollyberry saved her from the flood of jam, Eternal Sugar Cookie began to calm down her sanity and was happy to see Hollyberry saving her for the first time so she let Hollyberry and the other cookies leave her destroyed garden.
She wanted to make another paradise for Hollyberry, so she will be in awe.

She shows a deep obsession with Hollyberry and brings her up any chance she gets.
She thinks Hollyberry is all hers and hers only.
In Eternal Sugar Cookie ASMR, she tells the listener that Hollyberry will be hers forever and ever.
She persuades cookies to stay in her Garden as she claims she is the only one who can provide true happiness, especially in particular trying to convince Hollyberry Cookie when she tries leaving that her and others must rest inside jam jars where they can find peace and happiness.
If any cookie tries escaping from the Garden of Delights, monsters will approach to them so cookies will go back to their Garden with no means of escape.
She uses her crystal ball to always know where Hollyberry is so she can check up on her and know what is Hollyberry Cookie planning to do, just in case she plans to escape from her Garden.
She uses her crystal ball to manipulate Hollyberry into believing that if Hollyberry leaves the Garden, a war will come where all of her cookies are sacrificed to save Hollyberry. She then uses the trauma of the Dark Flour War to remind Hollyberry of the pain of losing loved ones in a war so she encourages her to stay in the Garden to prevent any more heartache, convincing Hollyberry that avoiding pain is the same as finding happiness.
She forces Pavlova Cookie to destroy Hollyberry's shield, leaving the soul jam to her jewelry box.
She doesn't want any cookie, especially in particular Hollyberry to escape from her Garden and she tells them to stop trying to leave her Garden.
When Hollyberry wanta to leave the garden again, she becomes insanely mad out of fear that she will suffer alone again so she begs Hollyberry to not leave her Garden.
